Students experience the stress of tests from a young age, as well as having to cope with the many distractions of our high-tech world. Mental health is a growing issue, yet developing strong mindset skills is often neglected.

The Red2Blue Schools programme is a unified framework for the entire school that provides a consistent approach to managing pressure and mindset. It ensures that all students and staff use the same language and strategies to handle challenging situations effectively, promoting a supportive and cohesive school culture.

As a Red2Blue school, you will:

How do you become a Red2Blue School?

Get started

We run a half-day workshop with your Senior Leadership Team to align the programme with your priorities. We train and equip them with Red2Blue skills and strategies so that they can lead by example, setting a strong foundation for success.​

Make a difference

We host a full school assembly to introduce the concept of the Red2Blue toolkit to staff and pupils. We identify three teachers to become Certified Coaches (2-hours, self-paced online training). They can then go on to coach others, building a sustainable performance culture. We provide Red2Blue resources to be used in the classroom, in assemblies and staffrooms.

Create a legacy

See it: The visual tools and resources make the Red2Blue principles visible throughout the school.
Hear it: Consistent use of Red2Blue language in daily communications and interactions.

Measure It: Assessment tools to track the impact of Red2Blue strategies on well-being and performance.

Give your students the edge

Red2Blue isn’t just useful while students are in school. On completing the programme, they’ll receive an official Red2Blue accreditation, signifying they have the resilience, focus and the ability to perform under pressure – skills that universities and employers actively seek. Students can highlight their Red2Blue training in their personal statements, giving them a competitive edge in applications and interviews. You can help them to stand out by providing a credential that highlights their character, capability and readiness for any challenge that lies ahead.

Pricing

Red2Blue for Schools is a three-year commitment. It is developed so that by the end of the programme, a school is entirely self-sufficient, with a team of fully qualified Red2Blue coaches amongst your staff. Our standard pricing structure is below. We want to make Red2Blue accessible to as many schools as possible, so please do get in touch if you need information about grants or funding options. 

  • Year 1: £5,000
  • Year 2: £2,500
  • Year 3: £2,500
