Become a Red2Blue School
A school-wide model for embracing pressure
Schools today are expected to deliver to the highest standards with fewer resources than ever. Teachers face intense pressure to get results, leading to stress, burnout and high staff turnover. Students experience the stress of tests from a young age, as well as having to cope with the many distractions of our high-tech world. Mental health is a growing issue, yet developing strong mindset skills is often neglected.
The Red2Blue Schools programme is a unified framework for the entire school that provides a consistent approach to managing pressure and mindset. It ensures that all students and staff use the same language and strategies to handle challenging situations effectively, promoting a supportive and cohesive school culture.

How do you become a Red2Blue School?

-
Resource staff and pupils
- Staff/teachers receive access to the Red2Blue Foundation Coach Programme for Educators, a 2-hour online, self-paced course introducing Red2Blue and how it can be integrated into a school environment.
- Schools receive a comprehensive resource pack including our core one-page map and tools, plus an 8-week guide for staff and students to help drive adoption and usage of Red2Blue in the classroom.
-
Make it sustainable
- We identify teacher champions to take our Certified Coach Programme, empowering them to introduce and train internal coaches as part of building the legacy within the school.
- Coaches can join our global coach community to access support, share experiences and engage with fellow coaches.
- We provide a family pack and offer parents access to Red2Blue For You, a 30-minute online course to introduce Red2Blue and establish a common language around mindset to support the students at home.
Red2Blue resources become visible throughout the school. You’ll hear consistent use of Red2Blue language in daily communications and interactions. We can work with you to measure what success looks like, with assessment tools to track the impact of Red2Blue strategies on well-being and performance.
