Gazing Red2Blue delivers proven mindset development training for schools, businesses, individuals and coaches.

The 'Red2Blue' principle was pioneered by Gazing Performance, a global leader with more than 25 years’ experience in coaching performance under pressure.

Red2Blue is based on the idea that mindset is a skill that can be learned, not a problem to solve. Our approach helps people to transform stress, anxiety and uncertainty (red head) into a calm, clear, focused and adaptive mindset (blue head).

Red2Blue has been embraced by elite teams and individual sportspeople, including the All Blacks, Ashley Giles and Abbi Pulling, education institutions such as the Shaw Education Trust, and global businesses like AWS, Diebold Nixdorf and Xerox.

We're bringing the Red2Blue approach to new audiences every day, helping people everywhere to perform well in the moments that matter.

Red2Blue Charitable Foundation

Making a difference

When you sign up to become a Red2Blue coach, one percent of the revenue goes towards supporting performance improvement with individuals and teams in developing communities.

Building stronger mindsets. Creating lasting change.

Since 2009, the Red2Blue Charitable Foundation has been supporting performance improvement with individuals and teams in developing communities.

Gazing Red2Blue partnered with CCS Johannesburg to transform lives of pupils at three South African schools – Mphethi Mahlatsi Secondary, Tetelo Secondary and H A Jack. We continue to deliver mindset training that helps staff and pupils overcome significant challenges: overcrowded classrooms, high teacher-learner ratios, resource shortages, high absenteeism and poverty.

Our impact extends beyond the classroom. We arrange ongoing kit donations from UK sports clubs to children across our partner schools, and since 2019 we've supported Jubulani Rugby Club and Rugby Gem of Kenya with both Red2Blue training and equipment.
The Red2Blue Legacy

Charities we proudly support

Safeline

Safeline is a specialist sexual abuse support charity which provides a comprehensive range of specialist, best practice services. It works to prevent sexual violence and abuse and believes everyone affected by, or at risk of, sexual abuse should feel supported and empowered. We support them with Red2Blue training to help them develop their own mindset skills within the team, and to help the survivors of sexual abuse.

Rugby Gem

Rugby Gem Academy

We support The Rugby Gem Academy in Kenya. Founder Dennis Gem is changing kids’ lives and giving them purpose by getting them involved in sport. We have been providing Red2Blue training support since 2019, as well as donating kit to the players, helping Dennis to build not just athletes, but futures.

UDANA

UDANA is a non-profit organisation whose objective is to prevent and alleviate the injustice and inequality suffered by Nepalese girls and women at risk of exclusion. They believe that education is key to equitable development, and essential for generating significant social change, thereby improving their quality of life and that of their communities. We provide training to the girls, helping them to use Red2Blue as a shared platform to express how they feel when under pressure.
