Scaling high-performance sales across five continents

The Challenge
Post-pandemic, Teknion faced both opportunity and pressure: help clients reimagine their workplaces whilst accelerating their own global ambitions. To sustain growth, they needed a unified way for sales teams across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific to engage new customers, and drive deeper value with existing ones.
This required a globally applicable sales methodology – a common language, approach, and set of tools that would enable teams to win larger, more complex opportunities in a rapidly shifting and highly competitive market, whilst equipping their people to maintain clarity and performance under pressure. Strengthening leadership capability to coach and develop their teams consistently was essential, as was extending the same approach to their dealer partners to improve collaboration, sales effectiveness, and deal quality.

The Solution
To build a unified selling approach, Teknion partnered with Gazing to develop and implement Design to Win: a clear, structured customer-engagement methodology tailored specifically for Teknion's commercial teams around the world.

The programme combined customer-led selling frameworks with Red2Blue mindset training to help teams stay clear, focused and productive under pressure. It was adapted by region across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific, supported with coaching skills for local leaders to sustain performance and development.
