How does Red2Blue help your game?

Mindset plays an increasingly important role in golf at every level. There's now a greater acknowledgement that how you handle pressure isn't fixed – and that mindset is a skill that anyone can work on to develop and improve, just like your driving or course management.

Don’t let a single bad shot throw you off your game!

Red2Blue provides golfers, coaches and clubs with a simple, shared framework to recognise when the mind starts to spiral into an unhelpful "Red Head" state. It also gives you the tools you need to reset to achieve a calm, focused "Blue Head" before the next shot.

For players

Learn to spot the moment a ‘Red Head’ creeps in, whether it's nerves on the first tee or frustration after a bad hole, and use practical mindset tools to reset before the next shot. Red2Blue helps players stay composed under pressure, recover faster from setbacks and bring their best game to the moments that matter most.

For coaches

Give your players a shared mental language to work with, on the driving range and on the course. Red2Blue equips coaches with a practical framework to build mental resilience alongside technical skill, helping players to understand their own pressure responses and take ownership of their mindset.

For clubs and organisations

Build a culture of mental performance across your whole club, from junior members to elite players. Red2Blue offers a consistent framework and language that coaching staff, players and members can all use, strengthening both performance and community.

We’ve been doing a lot of ‘What Ifs’ before match-play

“When I come down to the last few holes if it’s a tight match, I tend to get very nervous. We’ve been doing a lot of ‘What Ifs’ before match-play, writing down everything that could make your match go wrong. And then writing down the ways to control that with Red2Blue.”

The difference is the shift in mindset

"Pressure is real. You feel it in your hands and your breathing. It's distracting and loud. That's the red zone. But I don't try to shut it out. I recognize it for what it is, accept it, and then use my Red2Blue map to get back to where I want to be. The swing is the same. The difference is the shift in mindset. That's how I stay blue."
